Online Print Shop
Tyler A.W. Burke Creative Visual Works is not responsible if you want to change your order after it has been processed and/or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. In the instance of such a cancellation rendered payment will be declined or returned, if applicable.
Tyler A.W. Burke Creative Visual Works is not responsible for print quality upon arrival. Let us know by email at tyler@tylerawburke.com if there is a problem with your order and we will try to work towards a mutually-beneficial outcome - no outcome is guaranteed.
There are no returns nor will refunds be given - all sales are considered final.
If you receive an incorrect order, let us know by email at tyler@tylerawburke.com within 48 hours of delivery. No outcome is guaranteed.
Tyler A.W. Burke Creative Visual Works cannot be held responsible for any lost of stolen items upon delivery of your order or in transit.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tyler A.W. Burke Creative Visual Works reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products at the incorrect price.
All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Tyler A.W. Burke Creative Visual Works will not honour lower prices previously posted on the site.
Sales Tax will be applied by PayPal at checkout. Sales Tax will apply according to whatever Canadian province the order is shipped to, at that province’s sales tax rate.
Tyler A.W. Burke retains full ownership of all intellectual property involved in a print order - including but not limited to the photography/image that is printed for your order. Print orders do not in any way involve or implu licensing of intellectual property.
